John Morgan: I lead the Plant Ecology Lab at the Department of Ecology, Environment & Evolution at La Trobe University, Victoria. Our Lab comprises quantitative ecologists who focus on processes that determine the structure & function of plant communities, from small- to macro-ecological scales.
